About the Artwork
Q: Are all of your paintings original?
Yes. Each canvas painting is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork created by hand. I also offer hand-painted ornaments, some of which are inspired by my original pieces.
Q: Do you offer prints?
Fine art prints will be available soon starting sometime in early 2026.
Q: Will my artwork be framed?
All artwork is currently sold unframed to allow collectors flexibility in choosing their own presentation. Framed options will be offered in the future.
Q: What materials do you use?
I use professional-grade paints, archival-quality canvases, and museum-quality paper for prints to ensure lasting color and quality.
Q: Do the colors look the same in person as they do online?
I do my best to photograph each piece accurately, but colors may vary slightly due to lighting and monitor settings.

All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist. Purchase of an original painting does not transfer copyright. Selected pieces may be offered as fine art prints or reproductions in the future. No image or artwork may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission from the artist

You can securely purchase directly through my website using major credit cards, or other listed payment methods at checkout.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
Currently, I accept full payment at the time of purchase.
Commissions & Custom Orders
Q: Do you accept commissions or custom art requests?
I am not currently offering commissions at this time. However, I do plan to open limited commission spots in 2026.
Q: Can I request a custom ornament or a specific color palette?
Custom ornament options will be offered during the 2026 holiday season. Each ornament is hand-painted, so I can personalize colors or designs upon request.
Shipping & Delivery
*At Tamara Casby Fine Art, each piece is packaged with care and shipped from New Orleans, Louisiana. Below you’ll find details on how we process and deliver your artwork. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on size and destination. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
*At this time, Tamara Casby Fine Art ship only to 47 U.S. states outside of Louisiana. Orders with a Louisiana shipping address will not be completed at checkout. Because we do not currently ship to Louisiana, state and parish sales tax is not collected. When shipping to Louisiana becomes available in the future, our policies will be updated to reflect all applicable tax requirements. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to expanding our shipping coverage soon.
Q: When will shipping be available in Louisiana?
Shipping will become available in Louisiana in early 2026.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
Original paintings and ornaments will ship within 5–7 business days. Prints may take 1–2 weeks depending on production and packaging time.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
I currently only ship to addresses within the continental United States. We’re a small business and working hard to expand out shipping options in the future. If you’re outside our current shipping area, we appreciate your patience and hope to serve you soon!
Q: How is the artwork packaged?
Each piece is carefully wrapped and protected for safe delivery. Larger paintings are shipped in sturdy boxes; ornaments are cushioned securely.
Q: How much will it cost to ship?
Shipping rates depend on the size and weight of the item you’re ordering. Your exact shipping total will appear at checkout before you complete your order, so you’ll always know what to expect.
Q: What if I order more than one item?
Shipping costs adjust automatically when you add multiple items to your cart. Your total shipping will be calculated based on the combined weight of all items and will appear at checkout.

Q: What is your return policy?
Because each item is handmade and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days with photos so I can assist with a replacement or refund.
Artwork Care
Q: How should I care for my painting or print?
Keep artwork out of direct sunlight and avoid high-humidity areas. Dust gently with a soft cloth. Do not use cleaning products or water. Watercolors should be framed under UV-protective glass.
Q: Are the ornaments safe for outdoor use?
All ornaments are designed for indoor display only to preserve the paint and finish.
